Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that encourage clients to share experiences and learn from one another, fostering a sense of community and support.

• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic, one-on-one sessions to explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, assisting them in developing personalized coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish clear, individualized treatment goals, focusing on their specific needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess clients' progress utilizing various evaluation tools, ensuring that care plans are adapted as needed to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Many of these individuals are navigating significant life transitions and mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and other related issues. Your role will be pivotal in providing targeted interventions that uplift and inspire hope as clients work through their difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active LCPC licensure in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
