Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that prioritize their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating an inclusive environment where patients can share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Collaborate with team members during case consultations, providing insights and updates to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. A Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and various treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to effectively conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that lead to positive patient outcomes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
