Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and comprehensive treatment plans tailored specifically to their needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that include individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they feel safe and understood during difficult moments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health therapy license: LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
