This role is primarily remote, facilitating flexibility in your work routine while remaining connected to a dedicated outpatient team based in Coral Springs, Florida. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Introspective Behavioral Health Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Utilizing the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate treatment goals and select appropriate clinical interventions.

• Implementing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of counseling techniques and approaches to address complex mental health challenges.
\n
• Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care and interfamily dynamics.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems and conducting follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, allowing you to implement your skills across the lifespan. You will focus on individuals facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, and work to foster growth, self-awareness, and resilience within your patients.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated experience working with a range of age groups, including adults, children, and adolescents.

• Must reside within a commutable distance to our Coral Springs location.
\n
• Ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing multicultural counseling skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 91,000 to 104,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
