Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing trust and professional relationships conducive to effective therapy.

• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress, discuss stability, and confirm appointments or discharge plans as appropriate.

• Create, implement, and consistently monitor individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Document session notes and client progress with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
\n
• Perform intake assessments to determine client eligibility and appropriateness for services.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions as well as participate in supervision meetings to promote professional growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to deliver holistic care and enhanced outcomes for clients.

• Adopt and embody a growth mindset, continuously striving for improvement in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is particularly focused on delivering mental health services to youth and adolescents, addressing various issues such as anxiety, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may be dealing with emotional distress due to distinct personal circumstances. You will be expected to tailor your approach based on each patient's individual needs, employing evidence-based practices to promote effective healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapy to psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance abuse issues.

• Experience conducting assessments, diagnoses, and both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
