Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Valley Point Healthcare, you will:

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and make thoughtful recommendations regarding discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes in compliance with best practices and legal requirements.

• Perform initial intake assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and create initial treatment plans.

• Facilitate weekly individual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental health and recovery.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure ethical practice.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
