Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a varied caseload of clients, building and maintaining supportive, positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, monitoring their progress, stability, and discussing upcoming appointments or discharges when needed.
\n
• Take the lead in developing, implementing, and monitoring tailored, person-centered treatment plans that directly address the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation on client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Execute intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, needs, and goals comprehensively.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, applying evidence-based methods to promote emotional and psychological healing.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance professional growth.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of individuals including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. The focus is on providing tailored, empathetic care that respects the unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds of each client. Counselors in this role will encounter clients with differing needs, from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and trauma recovery, and will be expected to adapt their therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted License as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficient in using various computer programs, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to manage client information efficiently.
\n
• Experience in conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote counseling role is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates; clinicians are paid ahead of collections without waiting for reimbursements. Additional financial incentives include bonus opportunities and a 401k retirement plan, complete with company contributions.
