Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will play a critical role in our outpatient treatment center for young adults aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions designed to foster connections among clients, encouraging sharing and mutual support.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored therapy that allows clients to delve into their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, equipping them with coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to devise personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their individual needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate client progress and outcomes consistently.

• Team Collaboration: Work in concert with our multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and coordinating care to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.

Qualifications\n
