Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families, ensuring thorough understanding of their historical context and current mental health needs.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions and family therapy based on assessed needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies.

• Maintain accurate billing and documentation, including individualized treatment plans and insurance authorizations, ensuring compliance with specified deadlines and regulatory standards.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies, with tailored wellness plans aimed at supporting the ongoing stability and functioning of patients.

• Create effective discharge plans that address the continuation of care and resources following therapy.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring ethical and professional conduct at all times.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education, actively seeking opportunities to enhance skills and therapeutic techniques.

• Participate in regular case consultations and meetings with agency personnel to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Fulfill all licensure and mandatory training requirements to maintain professional competence and compliance with state regulations.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inspire Wellness, you will engage primarily with diverse community members seeking mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment is highly desirable.
