Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Leaf Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their concerns.

• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs to facilitate their therapeutic progress.

• Developing effective, individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and consistent evaluations of client progress.

• Helping clients gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships, creating a supportive path toward personal growth.

• Monitoring client progress throughout the treatment process and adapting strategies and coping mechanisms as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health concerns. Adopting a client-centered approach, you will work collaboratively with individuals to help them develop the skills and strategies needed to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure as a mental health professional, including but not limited to: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must be able to practice independently.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage empathetically with clients.
\n
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms will be an advantage, as will a background in working with diverse populations or specific therapeutic modalities relevant to our clients' needs. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time, remote role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and client load. Additionally, we provide:
