Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Haña Wellness Clinic, you will deliver high-quality mental health services via our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) aimed at young adults aged 18-30. Your responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead group sessions that foster a sense of community among clients, encouraging them to share experiences and learn collaboratively.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling that is empathetic and tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, guiding them to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to craft personalized, actionable treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and motivations.

• Monitoring Progress: Continuously assess client progress using established assessment tools, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors to coordinate care, share valuable insights, and approach complex cases comprehensively.
