Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of evidence-supported therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate clients' emotional healing.

• Provide group therapy sessions to families, couples, and individuals, fostering a safe and supportive environment for open discussion and healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, effectively sharing insights and strategies for optimal treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with relevant laws and ethical standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops, training, and literature review to remain current on mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Graduation from an accredited Master's or Doctoral program in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical practices in counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
