Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while respecting each individual's unique journey.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on the clients' goals and needs.

• Document therapy sessions and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify and analyze clients' mental health needs and develop suitable intervention strategies.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to refine clinical skills and receive mentorship from experienced practitioners.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on providing mental health support to youth and their families. You will be helping individuals navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
