Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychological evaluations and assessments to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address specific mental health issues.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring an inclusive and enriching environment for all participants.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care that aligns with organizational standards and enhances client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
