Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring clinical social work and counseling interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Perform initial comprehensive patient and family assessments, facilitating timely referrals and triaging care based on urgency and clinical priorities.

• Collaborate effectively with staff and multidisciplinary teams to communicate assessment findings, appropriate treatment strategies, and to participate in patient rounds, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Utilize best practices in documentation, completing all necessary paperwork in a timely manner to adhere to departmental standards and ethical requirements.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, coordinating with hospital staff and community professionals to design and implement the most effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support patients in achieving their individualized goals effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, offering services to children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
