Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish the mental health status of clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the assessment outcomes, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with the client’s needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using inclusive therapeutic techniques that cater to varied backgrounds and experiences.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, consistently engaging clients in their own healing journey.

• Serve as a resource for clients by providing referrals to additional health care professionals as necessary, such as psychiatrists for medication evaluations.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and confidentiality standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions relevant to evolving therapeutic practices.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, applying strong problem-solving skills to help clients navigate acute situations with care and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working predominantly with adult clients who may be experiencing a wide array of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your role will be pivotal in supporting these individuals as they strive for personal growth and stability, offering therapeutic interventions that promote mental resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with best practice evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other relevant technology tools for documenting client interactions.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Commitment to upholding professional ethics, client confidentiality, and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
