Blue Bliss Counseling Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) for full-time remote positions at our community health clinic. As a mental health counselor, you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of our patients by providing high-quality therapeutic services aimed at addressing a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders.

Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our caring and dedicated team. Our therapists typically operate within the hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments available to meet patient needs. You’ll be supported by a team of compassionate professionals, and have access to modern technology and communication tools that facilitate seamless collaboration and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain each patient’s specific needs and formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored for optimal outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other tailored approaches to address patient needs.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups targeting prevalent mental health challenges, thereby contributing to a supportive community atmosphere.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support patients during critical mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive the immediate care needed.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in various therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans.

• Prior experience delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse range of patients.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

It is advantageous to have previous experience working in community mental health settings, as well as a track record of engaging with a diverse patient population. Familiarity with telehealth practices and an understanding of the challenges faced by clients in rural or underserved areas can greatly enhance your effectiveness in this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive salary packages ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
