Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify mental health concerns, facilitating the development of individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs.

• Implement and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to effectively engage with clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including school personnel, psychiatrists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care while ensuring ongoing communication regarding client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client base, including students dealing with a range of issues from anxiety, depression, and trauma to adjustment difficulties. You'll play a vital role in balancing academic demands and mental health needs, providing support tailored to the school setting.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential; additional qualifications such as a master’s or doctoral degree are advantageous.

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in mental health counseling or related fields is required, demonstrating solid therapeutic and counseling abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and collaboration with other mental health professionals.

• Sound knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic models and a passion for working with youth in a supportive capacity.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 - 104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
