Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, and developing treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create cohesive, interdisciplinary care plans, and discussing treatment progress during patient rounds and team meetings.

• Providing thorough case management by coordinating care with community resources and healthcare providers to ensure clients receive the most effective interventions.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with departmental standards, ensuring ethical practices and adherence to best care protocols.

• Implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments to assist patients in achieving their individualized service goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and their families, offering therapeutic services to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
