Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy tailored to address the specific needs of clients, utilizing therapeutic techniques that focus on emotional and psychological healing.

• Conduct initial assessments and continuous evaluations to gauge the effectiveness of treatment strategies, ensuring that services are responsive to client developments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, creating actionable steps for client progress and conducting follow-up assessments to measure improvements.

• Engage actively in collaborative discussions as part of our multi-disciplinary team to contribute to holistic treatment approaches for clients, leveraging each professional's expertise.

• For candidates interested in additional responsibilities, supervise Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, providing guidance and mentorship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals affected by mood disorders, providing essential therapy services that resonate with particular cultural and personal challenges. You will collaborate with clients to create safe spaces for addressing substance abuse issues and developing coping strategies, ultimately improving their quality of life and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge in mental health practice.

• Licensing: A current, valid license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least three years of post-licensure experience, particularly in mood disorders, is preferred to ensure adequate expertise in managing diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
