Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs by utilizing standardized evaluation tools and comprehensive interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align therapeutic techniques with each student's individual goals and challenges, adapting methods based on their progress and feedback.

• Provide virtual individual therapy sessions, utilizing platforms that ensure secure and effective communications to support accessibility for all clients.

• Establish and track therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain precise, up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies to facilitate transparency and accountability.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions, workshops, and supervision, to remain current with best practices within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Therapists will engage with students from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of mental health support needs, providing compassionate care and guidance to help them navigate their concerns effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in clinical social work (LCSW), professional counseling (LPC), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), or psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients, caregivers, and school staff.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude to create a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple client schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

Practice experience in a school setting or working with young people facing mental health challenges is highly desirable. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care will be beneficial in meeting the needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload, experience, and level of education. Benefits include:
