Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address specific challenges faced by clients.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions that encourage participation and open dialogue in a safe environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with a diverse treatment team.
