This position is fully remote, allowing you to maintain a flexible work-life balance while still contributing to critical services for the community. Working from home, you will connect with patients through virtual sessions, making use of advanced video conferencing tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to chart progress and facilitate treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to capture patients' trauma histories and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience building, in collaboration with patients.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in processing their trauma, learning coping strategies, and promoting healing.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for every patient.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients feel safe and supported.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, equipping them with valuable tools for recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on enhancements in trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about the latest research, techniques, and best practices in the field of trauma therapy to continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients battling the effects of trauma, providing care tailored to the complexities of their experiences. Your clinical interventions will support not only individual healing journeys but also foster resilience in their families and broader communities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and effective interventions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-stress situations.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other digital tools to enhance patient care.

• A collaborative spirit and dedication to being an active team member.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
