Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, ensuring that tailored treatment plans are developed to address their individual challenges.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and more.

• Collaborate closely with fellow practitioners, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that promote favorable patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest clinical practices and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid state license or certification, specifically as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience working in mental health settings with individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, though not required.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is advantageous.
