Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and collaborate on the formation of pre-crisis and crisis plans to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in a timely fashion, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring compliance with local and state guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs, making informed decisions regarding treatment approaches.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at enhancing client success.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the ongoing quality assurance of our services.

• Serve as a consultant and liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to promote collaborative support for shared clients.

• Maintain open communication with community stakeholders to promote Serenity Support Services' mission and identify additional funding sources.

• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, classes, and community meetings, to advance your expertise and represent the organization effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• An Independent LMHC license is mandatory to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
