Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine the mental health needs of students, ensuring individualized treatment plans are developed in alignment with their specific concerns.

• Lead therapy groups and workshops centered around pressing mental health topics such as anxiety, depression, self-care, and resilience-building.

• Collaborate with academic advisors and student organizations to develop programs promoting mental health awareness and academic support.

• Systematically maintain and document confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and legal responsibilities, ensuring continuity of care.

This role primarily focuses on serving college students, a group that faces unique mental health challenges including academic pressure, identity exploration, and social integration issues. Qualifications\n

• An active license in either Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Strong understanding of adolescent and young adult mental health issues, coupled with the ability to employ evidence-based practices in a therapeutic setting.
