Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your home. You will be part of a supportive community health clinic that values collaboration and communication among team members. Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments for new patients to identify their unique needs and concerns, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, through individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that foster community and provide support for individuals dealing with similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, maintaining composure and professionalism during high-stress situations.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, exploring treatment options and local resources available to them.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in alignment with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in regular case consultations, staff meetings, and professional development initiatives to stay up-to-date with advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, from various socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess current, valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• Demonstrate strong expertise in mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Show proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic and active listening.

• Be proficient in using EHR systems and other computer applications relevant to the practice.
