Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients toward enhanced mental health and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other ethical standards to uphold our commitment to professionalism.

• Collaborate with and support a multidisciplinary treatment team through regular case consultations and peer review meetings, promoting an integrated approach to client care.

• Provide education and resources for patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to empower and enhance their understanding of the therapeutic process.

You will be serving a diverse population of clients who vary in age, background, and mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role is critical in providing supportive, individualized care that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term wellness goals, fostering resilience and empowerment among those you serve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, highlighting your academic commitment to the field.

• An active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
