Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, developing clinical diagnoses and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services through individual, family, and group sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention during acute mental health crises, including risk assessments and coordinating emergency care when necessary.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for all clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with the level of experience and qualifications.
