Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by meeting with clients to evaluate their mental health status using standardized tools and evidence-based methods.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and group therapy approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and substance use disorders. Your expertise in cultural competence will be crucial in tailoring therapeutic interventions that resonate with our clients' unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• License: Must possess a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapy modalities.

• Skills: Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methods, and maintaining cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
