Work Environment\n

As a remote employee at Better You Mental and Wellness Center, you will leverage cutting-edge telehealth platforms to conduct assessments and therapy sessions. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, evaluating symptom severity, frequency, and duration to create accurate diagnostic impressions.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat clients experiencing mood disorders.

• Empower clients and their families by providing education on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout treatment, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and outcomes.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and address the multifaceted nature of mood disorders.

• Stay informed about current research and best practices in mood disorder treatment to ensure the highest level of care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, progress reports, and treatment plans in compliance with legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with clients dealing with various mood disorders, including but not limited to major depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, with a focus on working with mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with an enticing sign-on bonus.
