Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Spring Bay Recovery Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional well-being and create tailored treatment plans to address their needs.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate effective clinical treatment programs for clients dealing with acute or chronic mental illnesses, ensuring consistent monitoring and evaluation of progress.

• Provide compassionate counseling to clients and their families, focusing on adherence to prescribed therapeutic approaches and medication compliance.
\n
• Prepare and maintain accurate intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare providers in evaluating patients for psychotropic medication, making informed recommendations based on clinical evidence.

• Engage in proactive consultation with other healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of mental health services provided within the clinic.

• Offer familial support as needed, guiding family members through treatment processes and strategies to encourage patient adherence and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be diverse community members requiring mental health support, ranging from young children to older adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage, and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license to practice in Washington as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is essential.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient mental health settings is a prerequisite for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
