Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients presenting with mood disorders to ascertain the severity and impact of their symptoms on daily functioning.

• Continually monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, partnering with psychiatrists and medical staff to coordinate comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals suffering from mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders, many of whom may also be undergoing detoxification. Your contributions will be crucial in supporting clients through their emotional challenges during this pivotal time, helping them to recognize and manage their symptoms while pursuing recovery. You will engage with clients of diverse backgrounds, ensuring that their unique experiences and cultural contexts are factored into the care they receive.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Licensed in Washington as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, with current and valid credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n
