Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings via telehealth to accurately evaluate clients' mental wellness and substance use histories.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each client’s unique circumstances and recovery goals, ensuring they adhere to best practices and current research.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored for detox clients.

• Collaborate closely with members of the treatment team to monitor clients’ progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs.

• Educate and support families, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages active participant involvement in recovery efforts.

• Maintain accurate and secure records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all levels.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals experiencing substance use disorders, often coupled with co-occurring mental health conditions. You will engage with a diverse patient population, including those from various backgrounds and cultures, expanding your expertise in cultural competence and tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related area, with an emphasis on substance use treatment being highly desirable.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health and substance use treatment.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients effectively.

• Strong communication capabilities that enhance collaborative efforts across a multidisciplinary team.
