Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans that foster recovery and resilience.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to assist clients in developing coping strategies and achieving their recovery goals.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards while accurately documenting clinical records. This ensures professionalism and upholds the ethical integrity of our services.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular consultation and peer reviews to enrich the quality of care delivered and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington, reflecting your commitment to the profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
