Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress and update treatment protocols as necessary.

• Design, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the treatment team.

• Engage actively in team meetings, contributing insights on client progress and care strategies to develop comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Supervise and mentor Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, fostering their professional development and improving service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population for this role includes individuals grappling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other co-occurring mental health challenges. This position requires a strong focus on understanding the relational dynamics present in these individuals' lives, including their family structures and interpersonal relationships. You will work collaboratively with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique paths to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Candidates must hold a current and valid license in good standing from the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

Compensation and Benefits\n
