Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychosocial evaluations to gauge clients' mental health needs and prepare individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, often associated with detoxification from substances. You will address their unique emotional and psychological needs, addressing co-occurring disorders while working to create a supportive treatment environment that encourages healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

  A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

  A minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is mandatory. While a master's or doctoral degree is preferred, professional experience may also be taken into consideration.

  Proven experience of at least two years in mental health counseling, particularly in settings that cater to individuals undergoing detox.

  A strong understanding of evidence-based practices and a commitment to continuing education in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  The compensation for this position ranges between $60,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
