Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mental health needs, using a variety of diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions with a focus on utilizing therapeutic modalities suited for clients dealing with addiction and co-occurring disorders.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing timely interventions, crisis management strategies, and emotional support to clients in distress.

• Engage in community outreach efforts aimed at fostering mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health and addiction.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to organizational policies.

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve individuals in the detoxification process, experiencing both substance use challenges and associated mental health disorders. Qualifications\n
