Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health status of clients entering the detox program.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment outcomes, fostering specific and achievable recovery goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic individual sessions and lead engaging group therapy meetings that encourage open dialogue and peer support.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to integrate care across various specialties, ensuring a continuum of support for clients.

• Educate and guide clients' families, helping them understand the nature of mental illnesses and the recovery processes to motivate family involvement.

• Maintain high standards of ethical conduct while documenting all treatment plans and client interactions in accordance with regulatory and agency guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Proven experience, with a minimum of two years in mental health counseling specifically.

Resilient Women's Health Hub offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
