Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Mind, Body, & Soul Counseling, you will be expected to take on numerous responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations for clients entering the detox program.

• Formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans that address complex emotional and psychological needs.

• Providing therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices tailored specifically to the needs of detoxing individuals.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at equipping clients with coping strategies to manage withdrawal symptoms and emotional distress.

• Engaging in crisis intervention during periods of acute emotional distress or crisis, ensuring immediate supportive measures are enforced.

• Collaborating with medical staff, social workers, and addiction specialists to create a seamless treatment experience for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and sessions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals grappling with substance use disorders, many of whom also face co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for the Mental Health Counselor position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
