Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations for clients entering the detox program, utilizing systematic methodologies to identify individual treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating psychoeducation and evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client-specific issues.

• Provide individual and group therapy, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to foster recovery and coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with case managers, nursing staff, and psychiatrists to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care for clients experiencing addiction and concurrent disorders.

• Deliver responsive crisis intervention as required to support clients in acute distress, employing skills and compassion to de-escalate emergency situations.

• Participate in outreach programs to educate the community on mental health and addiction, helping to reduce stigma and promote awareness about available resources.

You will primarily work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
