Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that support their individual goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in both individual and group therapy settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
