Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients to identify presenting issues, co-occurring disorders, and individualized treatment needs.

• Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary to meet each client’s evolving needs and goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, trauma processing, and addressing related mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n
