Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Our target population includes young individuals aged 5 to 18 years experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral disorders. The role also encompasses guidance to their families, contributing to a comprehensive support network to foster healthier relationships and effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders as well as evidence-based treatment modalities is essential.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy is vital for this role.
