Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in the development of treatment plans that may include pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools recommended by the clinical team for assessments and treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to design and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic’s operational excellence.

• Serve as a key liaison between service systems, community partners, and government agencies to coordinate care for clients effectively.

• Develop and maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders to fulfill contractual obligations and enhance MHA's presence in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse client populations, including those experiencing a range of mental health challenges, individuals recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Your role will focus on fostering recovery, enhancing quality of life, and supporting clients as they navigate their unique paths to wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Must hold an independent LMHC License in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and USD 105,000 annually, complemented by a hiring bonus.
