Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the specific needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to a range of issues faced by individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and address common mental health challenges, providing clients with a safe space to share and learn.

• Work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that all aspects of patient care are coordinated and holistic.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and compassionate support.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be assisting patients coping with common mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health diagnosis, treatment methodologies, and therapeutic approaches.

• Proven ability to assess clients effectively and create impactful treatment plans with measurable outcomes.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to clients from diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
