Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve low-acuity adult clients seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently; acceptable licenses include: \n

Preferred Experience\n

While not essential, prior experience in a remote counseling environment and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous. A background in solution-focused counseling or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is preferred. Additionally, experience working with diverse populations increases your fit for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Furthermore, we provide a sign-on bonus, alongside weekly direct deposits. Full-time counselors also enjoy a monthly healthcare stipend, promoting their well-being. Our streamlined onboarding process allows you to begin working with clients as soon as 1-3 days after joining.
