Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in achieving stress reduction, relaxation, and improved emotional health.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' individual stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to align with their specific needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing self-awareness and promoting emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience building to foster a supportive community atmosphere.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions to effectively address clients' mental health concerns while promoting overall personal growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment plan.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clients' progress, therapeutic interventions, and treatment plans to ensure compliance and support effective care.

• Participate in personal mindfulness practice and ongoing professional development to deepen your understanding and application of MBSR in therapeutic settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Your focus will be on creating a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore their inner challenges and support their mental health journeys through innovative mindfulness techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is essential for this position.

• Proficiency in integrating mindfulness into therapeutic interventions is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
