Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on these findings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting and supportive therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach, essential for effectively addressing clients' diverse life experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling, with a solid understanding of remote therapeutic practices and challenges.

• Background in supporting clients with diverse mental health concerns, including but not limited to trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and couples therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software platforms is advantageous.
