Valor Center for Mental and Behavioral Services is actively seeking fully licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFTs, LCSWs, and LCPCs, to join our dedicated team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools to accurately assess mental health needs and inform treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapy practices tailored to individuals, groups, and families, applying diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to form an integrated care approach for clients, enhancing treatment efficacy.
\n
• Provide urgent crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, using de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans as needed.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or PsyD.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.

• Cultural competence and the ability to provide services that are sensitive to the diverse needs of our clients.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of client records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting, specifically working with diverse populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document and track client progress efficiently.

• A background in crisis intervention and experience working with individuals in acute distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
